Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Science) with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) from a recognized Board or Council. Candidates having minimum one year experience in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer, IT or Allied Environment will be preferable.

Age Criteria for Assam Police Constable and Firemen:

For the posts of Constable, Fireman & Emergency Rescuer:
The age of the candidates should not be less then 18 years and not more then 25 years of age as on 01/01/2020.
For the posts of Sub Officer:
The age of the candidates should not be less then 20 years and not more then 24 years of age as on 01/01/2020. However in case of Reserved Category upper age limit is relaxable by:
● 5 years for SC/STP/STH
● 3 years for OBC/MOBC
