Scale of Pay:
- After joining candidates will get a basic pay of Rs. 14,000 to 60,500.
- Along with Grade Pay of Rs. 5,600 plus other allowances as admissible under rules.
Educational Qualification:
- The candidates must have pass HSLC or equivalent from a government recognized Board or Council.
- Candidates must possess valid four wheeler driving license issued by the competent authority of Assam.
Age Limit for Directorate of Forensic Science Assam Recruitment 2020:
The age of the candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age as on 01/01/2020. The age limit of candidates will be calculated on the basis of the Matriculation/HSLC Admit Card/Certificate issued by recognized Board/Council and Certificate issued by Government. However, the upper age is relaxable as follows:
- By 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
- By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates.
