DC Office Hojai Recruitment 2020: Apply For Various Junior Assistant Post

Amalgamated establishment of the Deputy Commissioner Hojai, Sankardev Nagar recently published a official notification inviting applications from intending and eligible candidates having Indian nationality for filling up various vacant post Junior Assistant and Stenographer Grade III. The last date of submission of application is fixed as 29th January, 2020.

(1) Junior Assistant:
Total Post: 06 (Six) Nos.
[UR:02 OBC:02 STP:01 EWS:01]

Pay Scale:
After joining candidates will get a basic pay of Rs. 14,000 to 49,000 with Ggrade Pay of Rs. 5,600 as per Assam Service (ROP) Rule 2017.

Age:
The age of the candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 01/01/2020. However, the upper age limit is relaxable:
● By 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
● By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates.
● By 10 years for PWD candidates of any category.

Educational Qualification:
1) The minimum educational qualification of the candidate shall Degree in any discipline from
a University recognized by the Government.
2) Candidates must have a good working knowledge of office productivity software of any operating system with having a minimum 6 months Diploma in computer application
from institutes recognized by the Government.

(2) Stenographer Grade III
Total Post: 01 (One) Nos. [UR: 01]

Pay Scale:
After joining candidates will get a basic pay of Rs. 14,000 to 49,000 with Ggrade Pay of Rs. 7,400 as per Assam Service (ROP) Rule 2017.

Age:
The age of the candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 01/01/2020. However, the upper age limit is relaxable:
● By 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
● By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates.
● By 10 years for PWD candidates of any category.

Applicaton Fees:
Candidates have to pay a application fees of Rs. 200 in case of UR/OBC/MOBC candidates, Rs. 100 in case of ST/SC candidates via Treasury under the Head of Account “0070” Other Administrative Services etc.

How to apply:

At first candidates have to collect the application form directly from Public Facilitation Centre, Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Hojai or can be downloaded from Official website https://hojai.assam.gov.in. After collecting the proper application form candidates have to submit the following documents along with the application form:
● Self attested photocopies of all Certificates/ Mark Sheets in support of educational
qualification & other required qualifications, Age proof certificate, Caste Certificate if
applicable, valid employment exchange registration certificate etc.
● 3 (three) copies of self attested recent passport size photograph.
● A self addressed envelope affixing postage stamp of Rs. 5.00 must be enclosed.
● A copy of Treasury Challan of Rs. 200 in case of UR/OBC/MOBC candidates, Rs. 100 in case of ST/SC candidates.
● The applicaton form must be sent to the following address through post or by hand superscripting the post applied for on top of the envelope to the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Hojai District
P.O. Sankardev Nagar.
